Spanish CEV Championship 2007 WildCard Ride with Collin Appleyard Team, Circuit: Jerez
The weather forecast for the last round of the Spanish CEV Championship at Jerez surprisingly enough was rain all weekend! I was not too pleased about this but tried to look at the positive, which was at least I was riding a bike and getting some wet weather practice!
we woke up on practice day to find that it was raining, great I thought! I had never even been to Jerez before but have been around it many times on the Moto GP game and like it a lot on the game. I found that I liked it in real life too apart from it was terribly slippery in the wet which spoiled it a lot. I never did get to ride it in the dry which I was gutted about as on race day it was dry and I hadnt managed to qualify. But at least I can say I gave it a go and crashed twice in the same session trying! Oh well it was fun and also a good experience.
Thanktyou to team Collin Appleyard.
